ZSM Dewatering Screen can be categorized into two series, which are ZSM series for pedestal installation screen with double shaft and DSM series for hang installation screen with single shaft. They are widely used in coal and ore process, sugar and salt manufacturing departments and also use in classifying dry and wet, dewatering the materials and de-sliming on slender materials.
ZSM Dewatering Screen is mainly consists of auto-operated double electrodes technology and universal block eccentricity with adjustable swing vibrator. Two separated vibrators are driven synchronously in reverse direction and rotated by adhesive tape. The linear and reciprocal trajectory of the screen box is produced due to the eccentric force generated from the reverse motion of the vibrating screen.

Application

1) It is a standard installation and the screen mesh is properly installed to ensure the effective of dewatering effect.

2) The material of screen mesh can be either stainless steel or stainless steel welding rod gap plate by compaction installation to full-filled different requirements.

3) The vibration strength can be easily controlled via transducer to achieve effective dewatering effect.

4) It adopted special material to reduce the noise level to 85 dB, which is 15 dB lower than the other dewatering screen.

5) The entrance of material is in arc shape in order to maximize the dewatering effect.

6) It included feeding trough to ensure the materials are put in the machine uniformly and continuously.

7) It has a based frame which easily to transport and install.
