In order to protect consumers from identity theft and credit card fraud, we can only ship to your billing address or an alternate shipping address on file with your credit card company. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Milan Designer does everything in its power to protect consumers by avoiding the shipment of merchandise to a fraudulent address. We use two separate systems to ensure the safety of our customers. We use the CVV verification system at check out. This system obliges all customers to input the code on the back of their credit card. We also use the AVS verification system at check out. This system obliges all customers to input their billing address. Yahoo then verifies the personal information given at check with your credit card company. Please note that all orders not meeting the CVV or AVS verifications will be delayed or cancelled.

Credit Card charging

Milan Designer will charge your credit card once the items are located in stock and the billing information as well as the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is ready to ship out. (Unless purchasing a made-to-order item)
